RETURNS & REFUNDS
Printed to order. Backed by us. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
You have 21 days
If there's an issue with your order you have 21 days from delivery to contact us. After that we can't help. So don't sit on it.
Defects, damage, wrong item
If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, bad embroidery, or it's simply not what you ordered, we'll make it right.
What we need from you:
- Email hello@golfsubculture.com within 21 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
We'll review it and get back to you within 2 business days. In most cases we'll send a replacement straight out. In some cases we may ask you to return the item first before we do that. We'll let you know either way.
Sizing and change of mind
Contact us and we'll work through it.
To be eligible the item needs to be unworn, in original condition, with tags still on. You'll also need your proof of purchase.
Email hello@golfsubculture.com to start the process. Once your return is approved we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted. Return shipping is at your cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item we'll confirm the outcome within 3 business days.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and nothing has landed, email hello@golfsubculture.com.
What we can't help with
- Items returned without prior approval
- Issues reported after 21 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or aren't in original condition
- Minor natural variation in embroidery. Thread work has small differences between items and that is not a defect.
European Union orders
If your order is shipping into the EU you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item needs to be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. Proof of purchase required. Email hello@golfsubculture.com to get started.
