SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping. Worldwide.

Every Golf Subculture order ships free. No minimums. No codes. Just check out and we'll handle the rest.

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't supported at checkout you won't be able to complete your order. Simple as that.

How it works

Every product is made to order. That means once you place your order it goes into production before it ships. We don't hold stock and we don't cut corners.

Production takes 2 to 7 business days. Shipping comes after that.

We work with a global network of print providers so your order is fulfilled as close to you as possible. We're always pushing to get it to you faster. Sometimes we nail it. Sometimes the shipping gods have other ideas. We never stop trying.

Estimated delivery after shipping

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days
  • Australia: 7 to 14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
  • Rest of world: 7 to 21 business days

These are estimates. Not guarantees. Customs, carriers, and things outside anyone's control can add time. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days after shipping, get in touch.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout on eligible orders in select markets. If it's available for your location you'll see it as an option when you check out.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Use it. If something looks wrong email hello@golfsubculture.com and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Double check your shipping details before you complete your order. If an order is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are at your expense. We'll do our best to intercept the order if you catch it early enough. Email hello@golfsubculture.com immediately if you've made a mistake.

Duties and taxes

Golf Subculture ships free but import duties and taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility. These vary by country and we have no control over them. If you're unsure check your local customs rules before ordering.
